Tank Classes Worth Knowing

The class tree branches a lot, but a few paths are easy to recognise. The Destroyer branch fires slow, very heavy shots. Drone tanks fire no bullets at all and steer drones with your mouse cursor instead. If you skip upgrades and stay a basic tank until level 30, you can unlock the Smasher, a pure ramming tank. Staying basic until level 45 unlocks the Auto Tank.

Surviving The Early Levels

Small tanks die fast. Stay near the edge of the shape area, farm squares and triangles, and run from any tank bigger than you until you reach your first class upgrade at level 15. Pentagons give big experience, but they sit in the middle where bigger tanks wait, so only go for them once you can defend yourself.
